F I have an installment agreement with the IRS and part of my federal income tax will pay it will that delay the rest of my refund or can I expect around same time?

If you are on a payment plan with the IRS they will take all of your 2018 refund or at least up to the amount you still owe, not just the next monthly payment.  You will receive a letter a few weeks later.   You do not have to enter anything on your tax return about it, the IRS knows and will take care of it automatically.

I understand that part, but will the remaining refund come around the same time frame as previous years or will it be delayed because of the installment plan?
