Every year use turbotax to file,same account. every year the Turbo tax states i did,not file with them or used different account. support is useless,do not even acknowledge the issue. it is user fault

Are you sure you are using EXACTLY the same account login?

Are you using the same account that you used previously?  It is not uncommon for users to wind up with more than one account.

Do I have other TTax accounts

1 + You must LOG OUT of any TTax account(s) you are logged into now.
2 + Use the TTax account recovery website to get a list of any user ID's for an email address.  
3 + Use the tool for any/all email addresses you may have used
