Every time I try to review my file and ask me for my To file, please enter your registration information it keeps saying whoops we’ve hit a snag try again I’ve tried so many times what shoul

Hi,

 

It sounds like you have already filed and you are trying to review your file.  If this is correct, look for the email from Intuit or TurboTax under the email address you used during filing.  Then, follow the link in the email.  If you get a request for a code, it's likely to be in a text on your cell phone.  Just follow the prompts and you should be ok.

Did you ever resolve this concern? I’m having the same issue. I spoke with two TurboTax representatives for two hours each call and no resolution.  This is ridiculous!

I have hit several errors with using TurboTax because I believe the software does not handle apostrophe's in last names.  I received a code to get around the entering credit card information and now i am stuck on the "please enter your registration information" screen.  The error message is NOT helpful whatsoever.  Just says "Oops. We’re having a little trouble processing your billing information. Please select "contact us" from the help panel to speak with an expert to assist you".

Clear your cookies and cache.  Try logging out and logging back in or use a different browser or device.
