Every time I tried to file my tax I get the wrong tax refund its says amount due even tho I called its they said I don't owe anything

If the IRS has assured you that you don't owe anything, then I wouldn't worry.

If Turbo Tax says tax due that is only for the current year 2019.  Did you file 2019 yet?  Why do you think the tax due is wrong?

For prior years if your account still says tax due, that is just the end result on the tax return when you filed it.  Your return is not updated when or if you pay any tax due.  And the IRS doesn't update Turbo Tax when they get your payment.
