Every time I open TruboTax Corp Its starts and new account and I loose all my prior work. How do I get back to the completed filing?

When I open turbotax its starts all over. My filing and information is blank. What do I need to do to open my completed filing?

Can’t you go up to File-Open?   Have you been saving the return each time?   You have to manually save although it should ask if you want to save when you exit the program.  Your tax return file ends in .tax2024 and should be in your Documents in a Turbo Tax folder.   Or where are you saving it?  Do you use One Drive?

Did you search your whole computer for all files ending in .tax2024 etc?  And check the recycle bin and your backups.  Check in One Drive, Drop Box, etc.  It should be in your Documents then in the Turbo Tax folder.  Also if you have multiple Windows user accounts, log into each one and do the search for the *.tax2024 data file from within each one and checking the Recycle Bin in each one.
