Even tho went through all steps including sending copy of driver's license to reset password, still get error 25300. What now?

Thanks RobertB but the steps you recommended didn't help as I keep my PC up to date. What finally did the trick was to uninstall TurboTax, turned my PC off for a few minutes then reinstalled TT. Bingo! I have used TT since sometime in the 90's and this has been the most frustrating experience ever using their software!
