Thanks for responding but unfortunately this does not answer the question posed.  I know what form to use and I know I am eligible due to living in a eligible census tract (I checked) with tax liability to credit against.  But TT will not calculate the credit and just wipes it out to zero.  There appears to be a bug in the sw for premium version for windows as others have pointed out, despite TT supposedly posting that the form was available 1/24/24.  It is now 2/9/24 and an update does not correct the problem.  And TT makes it virtually impossible to report the bug.

This is a known issue, however, the forms are not available until February 15, 2024.  Please try to file after that date.
