I am using the online software, and have already cleared cache and cookies. Still got the same error.
You can try these things other things:
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.
I carefully retried all your steps again, including using the Incognito window and still got the same error message.
p.s. I searched community messages again on this topic and finally tried removing the MPR1 (MN property tax refund form) from my transmission and then my Federal and State forms transmitted. I will try later to file the MPR1 separately. I don't know the reason for that, but please update your responses to include that information so others don't have to search for hours retrying useless informaton.
