Error while filling state tax: “To receive an update, select Check for Updates from the online menu to connect to our website.” Im using the online website not the app

Full error, im doing my own taxes online not using any software, it keeps looping back to this:
Form AR1000TC: Other state tax credit: Other state tax credit Calculations for this credit have not yet been finalized. You must obtain an update before you file your return in order to ensure that all of the calculations are correct. To receive an update, select Check for Updates from the online menu to connect to our website.

Please see the availability chart for your state here in this TurboTax FAQ. I would check the availability of your state return and all forms needed to see if it's available to e-file.

I checked the link and the form AR1000TC says it’s ready to be filed but I’m still getting that error, not sure what to do?

If the form is showing as available and you are using the online version of Turbo Tax, try clearing your browser's cache and deleting cookies. Let us know if your issue persists.
