What if I can't import my 1099? - Intuit
I think your reply does not answer my question.
E*Trade is listed amongst the services provided by TT. It's actually not only listed in the dropdown list of accounts available for import, it's even in the banner so you should have seen it.
Can you advice on a way to diagnose this issue? Possibly a workaround that doesn't' involve manual entry?
Furthermore, the full error I receive when importing the account is the following:
This import was unsuccessful.
We recommend you check your internet connection and try again. If we still can't get your info, don't worry. We'll help you enter it manually so you can keep working on your taxes.
NOTE: If I did not have internet access I would not be able to post this reply. Therefore is not as easy as checking I have internet access on the computer running TT.
So we can take a closer look at your specific situation, please reach out to us directly using the Help Article here. This ensures you will get to the correct department as quickly as possible.
