Using TurboTax Premier 2025 Desktop on a Mac, I am able to import 1099s on 3 of my 4 accounts, but the 4th account (which has by far the most transactions) will not import. While there are many transactions on this one account in 2025, the number of transactions is still much lower than I had in prior years when data imported with no issues. This is the message I get from TurboTax: "This import was unsuccessful. We recommend you check your internet connection and try again. If we still can't get your info, don't worry. We'll help you enter it manually so you can keep working on your taxes." This importing is the primary reason I buy TurboTax, and I will buy other software and TurboTax will lose a 25+ year customer, before I enter manually. How do I get HELP so TurboTax will fix their issue and enable me to import all my 1099s?

I got an email from Schwab a day after my original post of this problem - Schwab says they will be issuing a Corrected Form 1099-B on or around February 27, 2026, to address error messages when attempting to import tax info. Here are the details:
I am getting the same error. TurboTax connects to Schwab, lists the accounts. The web browser says successful import, but when I return to TurboTax I get this error.
This is the success message I get back from the browser (Chrome)
Browser Success message
I have the same problem, One of my 1099's worked fine and the other was unsuccessful/
I am getting the successful message but it is overriding the information from the first account I imported. I have tried this numerous times and also tried a new import from scratch but the same thing keeps happening.
Seems like the problem is Schwab and they will fix the problem end of February.
@jv4400cv ouch - is this from a conversation with Schwab support, or with Intuit support?
I just talked to Schwab and they have not had anyone report this issue. There is another issue with data importing incorrectly but that is not my issue. My issue is the overwriting of data because I have more than one account. Never had that problem before.
I also had that issue, when I was trying to import Schwab one account at a time.
I also had the problem overwriting when I was attempting to upload one account at a time.
Not sure if YOUR issue is something special, I was speaking to the "Import is Unsuccessful' message/ And Schwab saying many 1099s are inorrect and causing import issues. New 1099s on Feb 27th

Same problem here. The Schwab person I spoke to put the blame on Turbotax, but since my other brokerage account transferred successfully I'm inclined to wait until end of February.
Just today I got the same message from Schwab about corrected forms expecting to be issued February 27th. Very frustrating but glad they finally show they seem to be aware and are working on it. Fingers crossed. Good luck to all.
Have you tried and was able to import your form successfully?
I got the following error when I tried:
--
Something unexpected happened and we can’t connect to Charles Schwab & Co., Inc..
Try again in a few hours. (590)
