Entering Tax Withholding in Turbo Tax 2018 for a C Corp

I have purchased the TurboTax 2018 for filing the initial return of a C Corp. But I am not able to find a way of entering details related to my Tax Withholding in the software. Can someone please help me out with this?

How can a C-corp have tax withholdings ? Where are they from ? Is this for the payroll on your employees ?
