This is the first time my daughter receives compensation. How do I report her 1099 MISC?

You don't (can't) report that on your tax return. Your daughter has to file a tax return and report it there.

She's 16 years old. Does this still apply to her?

It applies to her at any age from birth to death. There is no age limit.
