I received a W2 and a 1099-Misc from a class action lawsuit that pertained to overtime pay. Fed taxes were withheld. Do I enter both? If so, will pay taxes twice?

Both documents are identical with the exception of the taxes withheld...

enter them both exactly as shown on each form.  If they both show up as double the amount of income, eliminate the one that does not have any tax withheld and finish the return.  You will not pay taxes twice.
