Where do I enter Estimated Income tax payments for 2016

Enter any federal, state or local estimated tax payments you’ve made under Estimates, in the Estimates and Other Taxes Paid section. You'll find this section in Deductions & Credits under either the Federal Taxes tab or the Personal tab, depending on the product.

For a shortcut, type “estimates paid” in the search box and use the “Jump to” link.

Your state and local tax payments are automatically transferred to your state return. We’ll also use them to determine whether you’d benefit from itemized deductions, instead of a standard deduction.

Where do I enter Estimated Income tax payments for 2016

I discovered a little bug in this section of TT Deluxe 2016.  If you don't put a zero in quarters that you didn't make an estimated payment, [and add another state using
Enter More Payments,]
then the next screen
Summary of Your 2016 State Estimated Taxes
will show the names of the states, only the first payment for the first state, [correct total for the second state,] and  correct total for
Your Total State Estimated Taxes Paid.

When the zeros are filled in for the first state, the
Summary of Your 2016 State Estimated Taxes
does not show the names of the states, but only the correct total for
Your Total State Estimated Taxes Paid.

Make sure you have a 0 where you didn't enter a payment.  Apparently TT thinks that a blank value is the end of the entries for that page.
