Email said 2020 Turbotax was ready, but the download only gives me access to 2019, which I've already completed and filed. What gives?

I ordered and paid for Turbo Tax 2020. I received an e-mail at [removed] stating that my 2020 Turbo Tax was ready for download.  When I try to download all I get is 2019 download, which I don't need.
