I accidently e file twice for my federal

Only 1 return can be efiled.  The second one will reject.  Or they both will reject if something is wrong on it.

State returns can be e-filed with your Federal return, however, the State return can't be filed before the Federal. It's not unusual for State returns to remain in pending status several days after a Federal return has been accepted, so this won't delay your federal refund.
