I intend to use TurboTax eFile as I typically do every year. My filing status is Married filing separately. My wife and Step-daughter and Son-in-law file their taxes in a US Territory and therefore do not file US Federal Taxes. I am a Step-grandfather of a child born in 2025 and the only member of the extended family that files Federal taxes. The child is not my dependent. I have authorization to enroll the child in Trump Account pilot program from his parents (step-daughter & son-in-law) and my wife (child's maternal grandmother). My understanding of the Form 4547 Rules qualifies me as the Authorized individual to elect to both open an initial Trump account and to request a pilot program. I also understand that I can initiate Form 4547 when I file my return, which I intend to do using TurboTax eFile. I understand that a separate Authorization verification process will occur in May-2026 and before the Pilot Program on July 4th, 2026. Because I anticipate that my unique Relationship and Filing Status may require extensive time to verify both my and my step-grandson's eligibility, I want to initiate the Form 4547 with my Federal tax filing. How do I access this form and have assurance that it is included with my TurboTax eFile?

It's quite new and the form is available. The Trump Account Form 4547 will be offered if you have an eligible dependent on the tax return.
However, if you have a non-dependent and you are the Authorized individual to elect to both open an initial Trump account and to request a pilot program, as you indicated you can send the form by itself using the instructions below (electronic or by mail).
How do I transfer 4547 to my tax return?
It's not quite clear what you are requesting. However the articles below will be of assistance for you. The question does not appear until you are at the 'File' stage and will only happen if you have an eligible child dependent on your tax return.
If you are indicating the child is not your dependent and not part of your tax return, there will not be any connection to your tax return for Form 4547.
My original question was bases on my use of TurboTax Deluxe. I am a Step-Grandfather who files "Married Filing Separately". I am a permanent resident of Michigan, retired. My Wife works in Puerto Rico and so does my step-daughter and her husband. Their son (my grandson) was born in December of 2025. Being that I am the only person in my extended family who files US Federal taxes, I was given permission to act as the "Authorized Individual" to initiate and oversee my grandson's Trump Account. In 2025 I have no dependants.
One problem: I could find the form 4547 on TurboTax Deluxe and start its completion, but I could not complete it or determine how to attach it to my e-file.
I was told by an expert on this Community site that TurboTax Deluxe only enables this e-file feature if the “account beneficiary” is also listed as my dependent. So I eventually filed my e-file and the used the IRS.gov site to print my 4547 form and mail it in via snail mail.
