Efile rejected due to FPYMT-074-01

Federal (and State) rejected today (08/16/2021) due to FPYMT-074-01 and I think it is due to passing new due date (08/01/2021) after submitting extension and pushing Requested Payment Date. Can anyone help me whether it is still efileable?

The payment date cannot be later then than date you e-file the tax return.  Change the date of payment to the date you are e-filing the tax return since you are e-filing after the due date of the 2020 federal tax return which was on or before May 17, 2021.

Since you are filing and paying taxes owed after the due date of May 17,2021, enter the date of payment as the same day you are e-filing the tax return.

In the File section of the program on Step 2 if you are using the TurboTax online editions is where you enter the date of payment.
