Efile isnt working

Having problem with eFile. 

It is in the loop between "your refund info" and "get ready to save..".

I dont see any errors or notifications. 

I am using online, I have tried starting and clearing the cache. Nothing is working.

How do it fix this?

Sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files) because a full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax.  You can try these steps if you are using the online version:

 

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you will need to correct your return and/or update your program by following the onscreen instructions.
