While submitting my return electronically it froze in the middle of the transmission. After restarting the software it shows as if the return was not filed. Trying to refile the return electronically I get the error that a return with the same social security number has been filed. How do I fix the issue with the software in order to file the return. The reason I ask this is because the return was filed around the beginning of February and I have not received my refund and are unable to see the status of the return.
