Why was no error identified on my Arizona State Return that I E-Filed and it has been rejected for an error on form 348?

I completed the Arizona State return and there were no errors identified.  However, Form 348 was incorrect and was rejected by the State when I E-Filed.  Now, I cannot re E- Filed because Turbo Tax will not let me.

E-filing issues in Turbo Tax boil down to 2 types:

1. Problems while attempting to e-file your return, during the pre-check or transmission phase
2. E-filing rejections from the IRS or state tax agency, after they've received your e-filed return

To switch to Forms Mode, open your return, and then select the Forms icon in the upper right corner of your screen (or choose Forms from the View menu at top). Click on Form AZ 348. Please review the following Turbo Tax FAQ on how to switch to forms mode in Turbo Tax for Windows:

Please review Form AZ 348 to verify that all information is correct and  there is no missing information.  If you are only claiming a carryover from Form 348 from a prior year, skip part II and complete part III and IV.
