E-filing 2023 forms 1099-NEC and 1096

Can I use 2022 TurboTax Home and Business to e-file 2023 forms 1099-NEC & 1096 in 2024?  It appears this is available through Quick Employer Forms.  Thank you.

I think you may need the current product but you can sign in to QEF and check.

I have signed into QEF and have completed new 1099's for 2023, which are separate from the 2022 1099 filings that were filed last January.  It appears I may be able to efile them in January 2024.  But we'll see. . . Thank you

Make sure they are for 2023 and not still 2022 1096 & 1099.  Can you print them out?  You shouldn't be able to access QEF for 2023 unless you have the 2023 Home & Business desktop program or the Online Premium version.
