E-file State return got rejected, 1099R address needs to b e corrected. turbotax won't show me how.

Go to Federal > Wages and Income > Retirement, and fix the 1099-R there.

Be sure the address, city, state an zipcode match. For example, Arizona should be AZ (not AR.
