We've been e-filing with TurboTax for the past 10 years. Last year was the first time we were rejected with this rejection code: F1040-526-04 which says that the spouse's birthday does not match SSA/IRS records. We've confirmed that the birthdate on file is correct. This year we efiled again and received the same error. I suppose I was hoping that last year was a one-off bug and it would fix itself; clearly I was mistaken.
Now here is the interesting thing. I filed for a federal extension using FreeFillableForms using the same filing information and the extension was accepted.
This leads me to believe that there is an issue with TurboTax. Anyone else experiencing this?

Check the date of birth entered in the File section near where you sign.
Yes it has been checked many times between last year and this year. It is correct. Efile via FreeFillableFirms for our extension was accepted with the same birthdate so I believe this is a TurboTax specific issue.
Have the same issue. This looks to be a TurboTax issue. No e-filing . but they charge the filing fee. Bad sewrvice.. should claim a refund.
