E-file rejected multiple times indicating AGI is not consistent with IRS records. I have verified documents that show AGI is correct. Should I file by mail instead?

I paid the CA filing fee the last 2 years and am unable to file electronically, how do I get my money back?

When did you file 2017?  If you filed late in the year try using 0 for the AGI

This is the issue I am facing. I decided to file by mail (for both federal and CA) and attach the rejection notice (it prints as part of the "File by Mail" return from TurboTax) and rejection notice e-mail from TurboTax.

I couldn't find any other rejection notice on the TurboTax website. Did you find one?
