E-1 Visa with no W-2 or income in US, getting paid from company oversea

I am in a very niche situation, and have been trying to find help from a lot of different consultants.

The commercial say that TurboTax can help with weird taxing situations.

Could TurboTax experts help me understand what I have to file for and do it for/with me?
