I have tried numerous times to get the same tax preparer in full service premier Canada TurboTax to no avail I have given them the name of the person they reassure me he’s working this year, but I don’t get any communication. It is important to me to stick
with the same person as I am a dual citizen, filing taxes in both countries with TurboTax

Yes, it took a bit of time, but I now have both the people I had last year. On the Canadian side, I wish they would offer that upfront as an option when you sign in for the first time each year, that if your person from last year is there, that you can request them. The American side does do this and it’s very comforting to have the same person each year I am so thankful that I was able to work this out. I am a dual citizen, so I need to file on both sides❤️
