Downloading 2023 Deluxe on PC.

I have purchased the activation code for the product. I have gone to installturbotax.com and the 2024 products are the only products offered. I have called the desktop support number and navigated the automated menu to the point where it knows that I need help with downloading the 'previous years tax software'. Upon saying yes it defaults into a decision tree on an amended return issues and will not allow any other options. I have done this 4 times with the same result. I have sent a message to TurboTax on X asking for help with no response. It is very hard for me to understand why there is not a simple download link for the 2023 product line. 
I hesitate to install the 2024 download product and use my activation code in it, but if this will activate the 2023 product I will. Any help is appreciated.

Additionally I have read just about every article on this issue and the common response is to call the customer support line. If there is a line with a live support agent I would love to call it , or if there is a trick to getting to a live agent on the supplied number let me know.

If you have the 14 or 16 digit License Code you should be able to download a prior year here on the program page. Up at the top it says….
If you’ve already purchased a previous year’s Desktop tax software you can "access it here". Click on the little blue "access it here" link.

Thanks for responding. Unfortunately that only takes you to products you have used or 'activated' already. In my case all the previous years of TurboTax Online. I didn't file 2023 so I never 'purchased' it. I am trying to go back and do that now so that link didn't help. I bought the code third party so I just need the software download. If I were to purchase direct after the paywall I would guess I would be given a link or an instant download.

Yeah...one might need an expert to determine if the 2024 download page (the initial one you are referring to) might actually accept the 2023 code (or 2022, or 2021 codes), and then know from the code that it is really the 2023 product that needs to be provided.

Would be good if one of the "CHAMP"s would get a new 2023 code from the  community moderator , and see what year actually downloads if the enter it on that 2024 installation page.....then let us all know whether that works.  (and then modify the text on that page to indicate it will work for which specific years)
