Downloading 2021 TurboTax

After I enter my licence code I get this error:

This license code has already been associated with an account. Please check that account and look for it in Downloads.

I look in my account under downloads I find only the last two years accounts. When I search for my order it shows that I purchased 2021 in November last year.
