Download and open my 1040 forms for State and Federal, there is NOT a DOB field anywhere in the form, and my DOB isn't listed anywhere in the document. Where is it?

I'm specifically told in the online steps to check for DOB, SSN, Name and address, but the DOB is nowhere to be found. When I go to "My Info" in TurboTax, my DOB has been entered and is correct, but it does not appear anywhere in the 1040 forms.

Your Date of Birth does not appear on your downloaded 1040 tax return.  You were correct to enter your DOB in TurboTax.  Your DOB is used in the software to determine your eligibility for certain deductions and credits.
