Double charge of 34.99?

So I see I have the charge for paying for my Federal Tax of 34.99 and then there is an additional charge for choosing to pay with my refund, meaning I'm paying out $70 instead of $34.99, why?

Many people don't realize that there's a charge to pay your TT fees using your federal refund (Refund Processing Service). This isn't a fee that TurboTax collects, but rather a fee imposed by the bank(s) that perform that service.
