dont have a 1095a form but it wont let me file without entering something in the monthly premium SLCSP?

Revisit the Medical section and make sure you've answered the questions correctly.

Go to Federal
Go to Deductions and credits
Scroll down to Medical
Select the Affordable Care Act from the drop-down
Select NO for the next two questions.
