Does Turbotax (self-employed) combine the amounts that are due of income tax and self-employee taxes? or are they separated and we would have to pay them separately?

TurboTax calculates both income tax and self-employment tax and includes both taxes in the amount of tax due.

You do not have to pay self-employment tax separately.
