Does TurboTax have an option to not take your payment information if you have already paid the tax amount? I had to pay my taxes before filing for an extension request

TurboTax and all tax software will let you enter the "amount paid with request for extension of time".

You have to enter the amount that you paid in your tax return, so that the tax return does not show a payment due.

Did you pay the tax before you filed the extension, or with the extension? If you paid before filing the extension, how did you pay? If you made an estimated tax payment, or a payment with the extension, enter the amount in the appropriate place in TurboTax, depending on the type of payment.

And if you already paid it you can select to mail a check.  Then don't need to send a check.
