Does TurboTax Deluxe include filing FEDERAL taxes?

I paid for the service and when I try to submit, the system refuses to file because it acts like I did not pay to submit either federal or state. but the charge is on my credit card!

Does TurboTax Deluxe include filing FEDERAL taxes?

I cant file my federal tax that i just paid for why

it is the deluxe i dont need to file state
