Does turbo tax software take care of submitting quarterly taxes for me on time automatically or do I have to go to IRS.gov and submit them manually?

TurboTax cannot be used to submit your estimated tax payments.

Only you can pay the estimated taxes using either the Form 1040-ES or use the IRS payment website - https://www.irs.gov/payments
