Does turbo tax fix the problem when Maryland Comptroller in Annapolis over payed a refund and now wants it back?

Did they pay you too much ?   If so are the correct ?  If so there is nothing to fix.

You will have to explain what happened.  What mistake was made?  What did the state change that is resulting in the request for repayment of your refund?  Many errors are user errors, so provide some details.

TurboTax does not receive any information about your tax return after you file it, so no one at TT knows anything about a letter you have received from your state.
