Does the tax result[in turbo tax] work with taxable [line 43]incomes over $250,000?

The result in TT shows approx $25,000 tax and using the tables the result is approx $52,000. what is the difference????

The program may calculate a different tax than the tax tables because of the tax treatments of investments.
