OR are you trying to import a 1099-INT form from them.

IF so, then there are "thousands" of banks that do not provide the specially-formatted files required for direct import into the tax software.....those files are completely different from the paper forms you can get.  When your Bank doesn't show up

You get your paper form in-hand, then Use another method, and "I'll type it in Myself" to type it in manually using what you see on your paper form.
