Does my wife have to set up her own Turbotax account to file her taxes if we are filing separately?

Yes, if you file separate returns you each need a separate account and user ID.  (and pay twice)

Yes, if you file separate returns you each need a separate account and user ID.  (and pay twice)

If your filling separately yes she would need her own account.
