Does my payment voucher that came with my 1040 need to be correct?

My 1040 shows a refund, and Turbo Tax shows a refund, but the payment voucher shows I owe money. There are no other factors that would cause me to owe money.

Is the voucher a 1040-V or a  1040-ES?

I assume that I can not pay these estimated taxes if I want. I got a refund this year and claim 0 dependents so I expect to get money back next year. Do you know where Turbo Tax explains there reasoning for this?

It does not matter how you pay enough to avoid the penalty.
