Does my order summary include e-file charges for State returns?

After clicking the drop-down arrow, it mentions nothing about e-filing or whether I have to pay extra for it.

If using Online TurboTax, there is no efile fee for either the Federal or state return.  Efiling is free in Online TurboTax.    There are product fees for preparation of the Federal and state returns.   It is the desktop version that has a state return efile fee of $25 (except no fee for NY state.)

Also be aware that if you choose the option to pay any fees out of your Federal refund, there is an additional $40 service fee ($45 for California filers.)    There is no extra fee to pay upfront with credit/debit card.
