Does Medicare require a form like marketplace healthcare?

Is there a 1095 for Medicare recipients , because I haven’t received one.

No.  Medicare does not provided any type of tax form.

No, there is nothing to enter about having Medicare.   When it asks if you have a 1095A say NO to the question and just move on.
