Yes, you need to report the interest earned on your CD held in a a Credit Union in Puerto Rico.

Please follow these steps in TurboTax Online to enter the interest you earned:
 

1. Sign in to TurboTax and choose continue or Pick up where you left off
2. On the left side bar, choose Federal and then Wages & Income
3. Scroll through the Income section and select Add/Edit next to Investments and Savings
4. Click on the Add Investments box
5. Click on the Enter a different way box
6. Choose the first box, Interest (1099-INT) and click Continue
7. Choose Type it in myself
8. Enter the amount of interest received in Box 1 and who it was received from
9. Click Continue and walk through the follow-up questions
