Unless the hospital is obligated to provide to provide you with healthcare services that meet the standards set by Obamacare, then the charity care does not qualify as health insurance.

My son (19 yrs old, lives in my house, and under my health insurance) was in a motorcycle accident and hospitalized for 87 days. Can I claim the miles I put on my car?
