Does anyone know why turbotax didn't gave me my money refound from 2019? at the website says that they have already payed me but that's not true. i need help!!

I filed the form last year in june and i didn't recieve my money. turbotax didn't payed me.

TT does not receive tax refunds.  If you asked to have your TT fees deducted from Federal, it goes to a third party bank to do that first, and then to you.  Otherwise, it goes directly from the IRS to you. But see this:

But I can't find a place at TT where i can download my tax refund... can you send it to my e-mail? please

1. Select Documents from the left menu. 
2. Use the drop-down menu to choose the tax year you want and then select Download tax PDF.

I don't have this option inside my account

We are unable to email you a tax return if that is what you mean. First, please make sure you are logged in with the correct USER ID in your TurboTax account, this is the most common reason not being able to find your prior year's tax return in TurboTax. 

Once you have logged into the correct TurboTax account see this TurboTax FAQ for more information on how to access a prior year's tax return.
