Does anyone know why it is asking for W-2 information that it already has imported and it won't let me bypass it?

If you used TurboTax last year, your information from last year's return would have automatically transferred into the current return.  One part of that pertinent information that transfers is your employer.

If you imported your W-2 into the 2019 return, you likely have a "ghost" entry from last year's return.  That blank form just needs to be deleted.  To do that, return to your Income portion of your return.  Once open, you should see the blank W-2 entry.   Just use the "Edit" or "Update" button beside that blank form to completely delete the blank form.  Hope this helps!
