Does anyone know why form 8379 isn't available to file until March of this year? It's never been an issue before.

It is possibly due to the fact that the form was just revised in November.

I got the same message and its ridiculous. It already takes up to 16 weeks to get a refund when you use that form, nor i have wait to file. I cant get a human on the phone. Might be faster to print everything and mail it
