Does anyone know when Turbo Tax will update the software to enable filers to submit the return without filling in Line 61 regarding the health insurance penalty?

The program is updated now.  If you are starting a new return, simply do not click on or enter ther Health Insurance tab at all.  If you started an earlier return and already entered that tab, you would have to clear and start over to bypass that section.
